Does TIX FRENZY sell tickets?
No. TIX FRENZY publishes offers on behalf of event organisers, to purchase tickets for events from the ticketing provider. Clicking 'Buy Now' or the relevant button on the offer page takes you to the official ticketing provider, who will manage all ticketing enquiries.
I can’t find my tickets and have not received a confirmation email, what should I do?
We suggest checking your junk mail and signing into your account with the ticketing provider you purchased tickets from. If you cannot see any tickets in your account, make sure you have used the correct email address and account to purchase your tickets.

TIX FRENZY does not process tickets, payments or refunds, so when in doubt, contact the ticketing provider.
I need to change/amend my booking, what do I do?
As we do not process tickets or payments, we are unable to do this for you. Should you wish to enquire about amending your booking, please contact the ticketing provider.

What if I am unable to see the offer when I select my tickets?
To claim the offer, you will need to head to the event page on our website and follow the instructions. Ensure the tickets you have selected on the ticketing provider’s website are within the T&Cs of that offer. Offers may only be valid for a limited time, selected dates/times, subject to availability or for a specific price or seat category (for example, General Admission only).
